Seventh and eighth graders are asked to use the homework
hotline on a daily basis when they are absent from school.
Most teams have the homework on the hotline by 3:00
pm for each day.
The team homework hotline numbers are in the
student's planner book. You
will need to get the locker number and combination from your
child so you can come in and get any books they will need to
complete the homework.
Ninth grade teachers require a twenty-four hour turn around
time on homework requests.
Homework can be requested for ninth graders when they
are absent for two days or more.
Please keep in mind that the homework will not be
ready to be picked up until the next day.
Please have your child give you their locker number
and combination so you can pick up any books they will need
to complete the homework.
If you would like to send the
counseling office an email, please feel free to do so.
Following are the email addresses of the counseling
office staff members:
Ms. Dalpiaz
(7th grade Counselor), ldalpiaz@roseville.k12.mi.us
Mrs.
Hendershot (9th grade Counselor),
jhendershot@roseville.k12.mi.us
Mrs. Oleksiak

Students who owe fines for books,
shop fees, etc., will not receive their report cards until that fee
is taken care of.
Fine letters will be sent home at the end of each
card marking.
Report cards will be issued immediately to students or
parents when the fine is paid.
The Counseling office has available to all students weekly
progress reports and S/U forms.
These forms help to keep you informed of your
students academic progress.
One is used once a week.
The other is used on a daily basis.
For more information on the use of these forms,
please feel free to call your students counselor.
If your student needs to see
their Counselor, there is a small box on the student aides
desk with sign up forms.
They will need to complete that form and put it in
the other half of that box and their Counselor will send for
them when the are available.
They will not be able to see the Counselor
immediately unless it is an emergency.
Students will be receiving an
envelope with information about the first day of school.
In that packet will be an emergency form.
Parents are asked to complete that form and students
will need to bring that form with them on the first day of
school in order to get their schedule, locker and
combination.
There will be no schedule changes at the start of the school
year. If your
child needs a schedule change, you will need to write
a letter addressed to Mr. Schummer, stating why you would
like a change.
