WHAT PROBLEM ARE YOU EXPERIENCING?

PROBLEM: REMOTE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING

Make sure remote is pointing directly at CCM.
Make sure remote is close enough to CCM (should work anywhere within the classroom - anywhere from 15-20 away).
Minimize other sources of light, such as fluorescent overhead lights or light from a window.
Test remote in another room. If not working in second location, replace batteries.

Remove batteries.
Use small amount of rubbing alcohol and hard-bristled brush to clean battery compartment.
Put in fresh batteries.
