Thank you for your continued support
of RCS Productions!
The Roseville Community Schools Production Department is one of Roseville’s newer additions.  In the early 1990’s, Continental Cablevision donated commercial video production equipment to RCS.  That equipment was used primarily at Roseville High School to videotape daily announcements distributed to RHS students utilizing the televisions in each classroom.  Creating video announcements made PA announcements a thing of the past.

In 1998, Roseville Community Schools created a district level audio/visual support department.  This department provides district wide support on all of Roseville Community Schools audio-visual equipment.  The addition, the department also coordinates several video productions each year,  giving citizens of Roseville a new conduit through which to view our schools.  In the years following, RCS Productions has made great strides, streamlining equipment, developing airing schedules, and educating high school students in the art of video production.

In 2002, the Board of Education approved a request to use some remaining district technology bond funds to purchase new state-of-the-art video equipment for our high school’s video production department, and separate equipment for district level use.  Roseville Community Schools video production arsenal now includes equipment that allows us to create completely digital projects from point of capture through to DVD authoring.  With these new tools, we strive to continually provide new and exciting programming.
