WHY DO WE
NEED AN ELECTION?
Roseville Schools must
continue to provide facilities that support changing curriculum,
allow for expanding technology, and respond to the demand for
enhanced security and safety in our schools.

WHAT'S ON THE BALLOT?
For the past year the district has gathered
input from citizen meetings and parent surveys. The projects that
were identified as priorities have been separated into 2 ballot
proposals designed to correct critical building needs and provide
new or updated facilities for all Roseville students. |

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Roseville taxpayers pay the
lowest school taxes of all 21 Macomb County districts (see chart at
bottom of page). Passage of Proposal 1 will not change that tax
rate. It will stay at or below the current level.
If Proposal 2 passes, the tax rate will increase by no more than 2
mills. That would add approximately $8 per month to the average
taxpayers cost. |
